Ewwwwwww...some men can be so gross, and you captured that beautifully. I'm enamored with the paragraph "A flash of steel, a wet smacking noise, a cracking of bones, and with a soft thud, Samson’s body fell to the floor, blood and brain splattered across the white marble stone..." It unravels so violently, poetically, fast fast fast.
Oh my gosh, that was a really gross death 😆 consider that a compliment! I've said this before, but you do such a great job of creating character through dialogue. Nicely done, Alexander.

Agreed!! Very very visual!
Very much so indeed, sir!
Uther is a bit unhinged… who wouldn’t want to see him pay?

Thanks, Kate! Much appreciated. Let’s see how this Uther character fares in the next episode!
Whoah!! Intense and visceral stuff. What a brutal and visual death! And the ear being yanked off!
Great scene and dialogue.
Get that spoon ready.
(Makes me think of:
"Why a spoon, cousin?"
"Because it's dull you twit. It''ll hurt more!")
Thanks, Nate. Yeah, things just happened... Surprise!
Ahh, Alan Rickman, yes, I remember we talked about this in episode 4 :) Incidentally Ep 8 is called "Spoon" ;)
Hah, my memory fades. I had forgotten we mentioned it previously.
I had forgotten until you mentioned it 😅
What a bloody episode! 😳 I hope Vee is right about the guy! What a brute!
Thanks for reading, Claudia. We'll find out next week!
Loved this grimness of this chapter, Alexander 👍🏼. Looking forward to Uther getting his comeuppance 🥄
More than a spoonful one might argue. Thanks, Dan!
Yeah... I think Bee is going to need more than a spoon, kiddo. I love seeing bullies bite the dirt. Cant wait for the delicious revenge.
Two spoons? :) Thanks for reading, Sharron. Yes, Uther will get what’s coming to him…
