Glad to see another post from you, Alexander! And I love a good loop narrative and the feeling of you have created of vertigo where the edges of one move to the next blur together or disappear all together. Nice work!

Great to read this continuation. I love how it ended here. Like Brian, I love a good time loop narrative. I don't know what it all means, but I'm in for the ride.

This is a standout paragraph for me:

The structure on top of the Needle detached with a metallic grind and hung in midair for a moment while the whole tower collapsed, absorbed by the red blobby mass. Then, a pressure wave flattened everything underneath the ship like paper, squeezing the blob so thin that it exploded into a purple mist. With a silent pop, the silver saucer was gone.
