I was not expecting such a curious dive into, of all things, automotive design.
This was a great watch. I truly hope you keep doing these. I loved how you got a designer to work with you on the vehicles - it shows how focused you are in creating a world of your own.
I also loved the write up, how you distilled the conversation. I read it after and it helped me clarify a few things.
Seriously, great job. Especially for a first effort.
Thanks, Taegan. I may need to label it more descriptively next time. World Building is a fun but daunting endeavour, akin to a garden of delicate flowers that bloom or wither at a whim if not considered with utmost care and attention to detail. I hope to be able to do interviews with experts in various fields in the future that are linked to the novel's thematic arc but in a fun way, at least I hope viewers will have fun watching.
And thanks much for the praise, I feel humbled. Your videos are masterful, and I am sure you have some tips to share. Still lots to learn here, I feel.

Ditto to Taegan's comment, this was really excellent. Great job, Alexander. Even more so for a first outing.
A very calm and intellectual discussion delivered via voices perfectly suited to audio. Love the approach and thought process, plus fascinating to see the Mazda concept and that it was in the poster!!
Thanks, Nathan. I had one take to work with, we don't have time to do multiple takes so I cut those 35 mins to 23 mins best I could. Glad you found it interesting and thanks so much for taking the time to watch.
The Looper story was a fun one. I almost cut it and put it in the deleted scenes. ;)
"There's no live. It's just an illusion." - This should be chiseled on a grand statue or a sign before entering a cool building. What a fascinating, interesting conversation between you two. It would be cool for you to talk about the process more as you progress with your work.
Thank you, Nadia, glad you found it interesting. About that quote... guess that happens with improv. The whole conversation is unscripted. All we had was some questions written down beforehand of which we skipped most. I will need to come more prepared next time, eh?
I thought it was great, loose, open, and warm. Just two friends talking. I love the joke about coffee being done, so go away now! :D In Russian we have a similar expression (or at least used by my family). "Well, if you have nothing else left to eat/say, I guess I'll be on my way."

PS looking forward to reading more about (and of) Spherean.
In good time, my friend. Working hard on Draft Zero.

Glad you didn't cut it, it was some cool backstory from Joe!
