"The bell was her instrument of inescapable summoning. A sudden urge came over him. He wanted to set that old crone on fire. Melt the foul flesh from her rotten bones. A shrieking, shrivelling torch of misery and malice. He gulped, horrified by the temptation." 😄👏
But how did he get home? Did Jackie drop him off? Does he have amnesia after the tomb and the poisoning?

Thanks, my friend! I was hesitant and wanted to post it all as one but thought I try scene by scene instead, to see how it works out. An experiment. In the end, all scenes will be there, for those who want to read all of it at once.
😁 Plus it gave me time to focus on other things, like finishing that audio recording for The Man Who Wouldn't Die! Now I have to figure out how to post that... do I add it to the existing post, or do I post a new one with the audio only..?
